Steve Lucich, a longtime Central Coast resident who started the business in 2016 after years of buying, fixing, and reselling equipment as a hobby.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Templeton, CA, and serve the entire Central Coast from Hollister down to Santa Barbara.
Are you part of a larger company?
No. This is a local, owner-operated business with no big corporate structure, no middlemen.

What tractor brand do you sell?
We are an official LS Tractor dealer offering compact and mid-size models from 25 to 50 horsepower.
What’s the most popular model?
The 25 HP line is our best seller, especially the MT225S and MT226 compact, powerful, and easy to operate.
Are your tractors easy for beginners to use?
Yes. Most models use a hydrostatic transmission, simple two-pedal forward and reverse. Great for first-time buyers, families, and vineyard operators.
Do all your tractors come with front loaders?
Yes. Every tractor we sell includes a front loader with a bucket always.

Do you deliver tractors?
Yes, we deliver anywhere on the Central Coast.

Absolutely. We’ll walk you through everything at delivery and answer questions anytime after.

Buying Process
Can I come see the tractors in person?
Yes but we’re a small operation. Please call ahead so we can schedule time for a visit.
Do I need financing to buy?
We don’t currently offer in-house financing, but we can point you toward trusted local ag lenders.
Do you pressure people to buy?
Never. If the machine isn’t right, we won’t sell it. We’re here to help you make the best decision for your land and budget.
